I'm doing it but I replaced the flour with almond flour 200 grams and rice flour 100 grams...the dough was rather soft and I didn't need to add water...I left it in the refrigerator to bake it tomorrow...I hope it turns out well

Hi Kaitlyn! My muffins didn't turned out moist & fluffy like yours unfortunately. I've followed your recipe to a T accept for the brand of flour used. The muffins turned out gummy and the texture is like pudding rather than cake. I used Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour. Reckon it was most probably due to the Sweet White Rice Flour in the blend as opposed to the White Rice Flour in the blend for King Arthur Gluten Free Measure for Measure Flour I'd suggest that the milk be reduced by half if anyone is also using Bob's Red Mill GF 1 to 1 Baking Flour. 😊

Love the bloopers at the end and the verse at the beginning! I am wondering if you could use a canned chipotle pepper instead of the dry? If so, how much considering the can chipotle's can be strong. Would it be better to use the sauce rather than the pepper if using canned?

I am actually shocked at how much this taste like Chipotle's Barbacoa. I made this twice, I smoke the meat till it reaches 145, then once, i did the stove until tender and once, in a crockpot, and both turned out fantastic. Thank you for this video.
